Fry: Fish fry. The art of taking a nutritious, healthy food and turning it into one of the more unhealthy foods. Usually breaded but that’s not required. Drop the fish into a vat of very hot vegetable oil and after it is soaked and cooked you have a very tasty meal. I do prefer it over the healthy broiled fish or raw sushi. When I was young deep frying was no big deal. Most houses had deep fryers. Home made french fries(similar to fast food fries but tastier). Some countries fry candy bars. I do want to have one of those. It will be nice when this health craze ends and we can just fry food and enjoy it again!
